Why is a collection empty or small?
A product remains in draft until its exact options, price, sourcing, imagery, fulfilment and required product evidence are ready. We do not fill collections with demo products or publish a £0 placeholder.
Why do collection names use “Squishy” rather than “Squishies”?
Each collection has one consistent canonical name—such as Food Squishy or Butter Squishy—while natural singular and plural phrases can appear in the supporting copy. This prevents duplicate category pages from competing for the same intent.
How are product options organised?
Colour, size, style and pack quantity remain variants on one product URL when they belong to the same real item. The selected option, written contents and product images must agree before activation.
What is a Mystery Box Squishy?
It is an item sold without revealing the exact design in advance. An active listing must state the quantity, possible range, random-selection rule and known duplicate treatment before purchase. If those details are missing, it remains unavailable.

Delivery, tracking and returns
How fast is delivery?
Order preparation and carrier transit are separate. For an eligible item, the current dispatch estimate and destination-specific delivery window are shown before payment. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver only to countries currently enabled at checkout. Availability can vary by product, destination and service. If delivery is not offered for your address, the order cannot be placed.
Will I receive tracking?
If the selected service includes tracking, we email the Shopify order-status or carrier link after carrier acceptance. A label can appear before the first physical scan.
What happens if an order cannot ship within the stated dispatch time?
We will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund before proceeding, subject to the order status and applicable rights.
