Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom, and we deliver within 10 days of your order.

That is a delivery window, not a dispatch window. It is the number we hold ourselves to, and if we miss it we would rather refund you than explain.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves us. Paste it into 17TRACK, which reads almost every carrier worldwide.

Tracking usually starts updating within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. Before the first carrier scan, the number exists but shows nothing at all. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price unless stated at checkout. They are the recipient's responsibility.

If it does not arrive in 7 days

Email support@ssquishy.com with your order number. We trace it, and we either resend or refund. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself; that is our job.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, tell us straight away. Before dispatch we can fix it. After dispatch we cannot redirect the parcel, and a package returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the outbound postage.
