What to include

If it is about an order, send us the order number from your confirmation email. If something arrived faulty or damaged, a photo means we can resolve it in one message instead of four.

Wholesale and stockists

Tell us the quantities and the shapes you are after and we will come back with pricing.

Safety questions

If you want to know exactly what testing we hold for a specific item, ask and we will tell you plainly what we have and what we do not. Our safety page explains what we check and why.
